"Well the first and most important thing is intensity and passion, and a little bit of humour. People who love life and who are fascinated by a broad bunch of things. I would hire somebody who would have a really passionate, tricky hobby before I hired somebody who had a PhD in the subject. Hobbies are more important in today’s world than degrees. That may sound really strange, but it turns out that hobbies are about passion, degrees are about process and in my companies, if you want creativity, you want people that are passionate. Anybody can run a process."
